Delivery and Returns

Despatch

Orders placed by 5:00pm will be picked, packed and completed on day of purchase (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend will be completed by Sunday evening. Collection each day is 12 noon Monday to Friday (other than bank holidays).

Should there be any issues that will cause a delay, you will be contacted by email or text (using the details provided at the time or ordering)

Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is timed from the despatch date and not your order date. Please see our delivery page for despatch information

Based on Royal Mail policy –
UK – If your order does not arrive it will be replaced after 10 working days from the due delivery date.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of the products sold, we don’t accept returns. However – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can do everything possible to put things right for you.
